Garden Wedding

Claudia and Brent wanted a very lovely traditional church wedding and a reception with a garden feel to it.   We worked with them to custom design everything from invitations and place cards to the linens, table and room design.  The sweet little birds nests and garden themed decorations on the tables along with the vintage green glass and the bowl stands full of drapey ivy and flowers combined to give them the look and feel that was exactly what they wanted.
Claudia wanted a black aisle runner and we custom painted the initial and scroll design on it to match the font on their invitations.
The bouquets for the ladies added a little pop of color to the black and cream color scheme.
Fresh flower pew arrangements decorated the aisle.  Ivy, roses, mums limonium and freesia  helped bring a garden feel into the church.

Claudia and Brent work with the youth at their church and she had ten (yes ten!) little girls that she wanted included as flower girls.  They all looked angelic walking down the aisle carrying their green moss baskets and wearing custom designed headbands with clip on fresh flower trim.

One of our specialties is this fresh fruit, cheese and cracker appetizer tower.  It is a great way to make guests feel welcome as they wait the arrival of the bride and groom.

The tables were adorned with black table cloths and cream lace overlays.  Lace chair covers tied with black satin sashes completed the look.  All the tables had moss green elements including vintage glass votives, birds nest and moss rocks.

Here is a close up of the vintage glass.  We have a large collection of vintage items that we use for weddings.
Tall bowl stands, antiqued in shabby chic white crackle with moss green underneath, held ivy and roses accented with queen anne's lace and alstromeria.
Sweet little birds nest close up.  We also love making custom paper products like this reserved sign to match the look and feel of the event.  Attention to these little details is one of the things we enjoy the most about putting a wedding together.

Vintage Shades of Blue

Shades of blue with pops of orange...  Anne and Noah picked a venue that helped show off their love of antiques, and also offered a beautiful outside location for their ceremony.  The couple wanted to make each table a special conversation piece that represented things they love...

They included antique books, and other items centered around milk glass pedestal flower arrangements that gave the table that pop of orange they wanted to compliment their shades of blue theme.  Each table also featured several photo frames with old family photos.
Amazing glass tiered chandeliers graced the gazebo platform where the ceremony took place.  These were later set up in the outside area of the reception.
Hand made fans cooled the guests also doubled as programs.
The antique bar at Old Shawnee Town was the perfect setting for these antique drink dispensers.
A vintage suitcase held cards while a fedora and gloves accented the gift table.
